NOCTURNES · Edible landscape by Aline Gerard

Building on the exhibition and its exploration of ancient seeds and their uses, scenographer and chef Aline Gerard offered an edible landscape and a unique tasting experience of neglected or forgotten plants. Dried and sprouted seeds, dried flowers, and fresh seasonal leaves came together in a pictorial composition that doubles as an extraordinary culinary journey.
